Client Request

This post is for one of my clients looking to edit PDF files (ignore this post if you’re just browsing my blog).

Adobe Acrobat 6.0
As you requested, here’s the Adobe software you’re looking for. You’ll do fine getting the older 6.0 version – I can’t see you using any of the features in the 7.0 version. In addition, the older version is significantly less expensive. Once you have your marketing materials ready, I’ll show you how to create the PDF files for sending as email attachments and uploading to your website.

Invoicing
Also, set up a PayPal account. Click the PayPal image below and read their section on sending “email invoices.” The program integrates with Quickbooks, a nice feature since you’ll be doing your own accounting. The time saved is going to be significant. Sending your invoices in advance also allows you to separate the “buyers” from the “shoppers” – more sessions and less cancellations.

I selected this service for my consulting business because there are no start-up or monthly fees, no cancellation fees, and no minimum payments. Also, I did a lot of research and found the transaction fees to be as competitive or lower than most other merchant account providers. Signing up took me less than 10 minutes.

If you have any questions, just give me a call anytime.
